Click Throughs

What is it?

Get paid for making clicks and click throughs on-line. Companies are paying you to click through to their pages, rather than paying for advertising: bringing the market to the product rather than the product to the market. In terms of wage rate per

hour, click throughs come in BELOW the national minimum wage. However, it is always available to you, as an additional source of income, and is RISK-FREE.

Tips

1. It can take 2- 3 months before you start to receive any rewards, so stick with it

2. Start with one or two sites only to ensure your clicks are tracking - security software on your PC may block cookies which are essential for tracking. If that is the case, you'll need to disable your security software (spyware/adware) whilst you complete your clickthroughs - then be sure to turn it on again afterwards.

3. Devise your own click-through routine and stick to it - you should be able to increase your speed this way. Where you are allowed more than one visit to a site, don't do them in succession from the same logged in session otherwise they may not track. Make second visits a round two in your click through routine. So as an example, visit all the links from Quidco once, then Topcashback once, then Rpoints once, then head back to Quidco for those links you are allowed to visit a second time, then Topcashback, then Rpoints.

4. When you move between sites, such as from Quidco to Topcashback to Rpoints, ensure you clear your cookies each time, or your rewards may not track. It is the cookies that ARE the tracking, but they can get confused in their allocation if you don't clear inbetween, and fail to register. There is no need to clear cookies between visits to external sites from within a single cashback site. So as an example: clear cookies, log into Quidco, visit Kelkoo, Dealtime, High Street Web and Carsource once each, log out and clear cookies, move on to TopCashBack.

5. For the likes of Dealtime, Kelkoo and High Street Web you need to click on one of their categories then follow a link through to an external site from there (the reason they can pay you is because they are getting paid themselves from this link through to the external site). Once you are on the external site, click through to another page to ensure you are logged as a unique visitor.

Pigsback

Pigsback is an enjoyable hybrid site of money for clicks, money for sign-ups and money for opinions. Join Pigsback for free. It gives you rewards of gift vouchers, CDs and the like in return for 'piggy points' which are earned by joining up, click-throughs, registering for 3rd party mail-outs, completing quiz questions and surveys, and referring friends - all of which cost nothing to do. You can also earn points by clicking through links to buy affiliated products. Like Quidco, don't get sucked into buying things you don't need - rather when you need something check Pigsback to see if they have a link. Pigsback is a junk-free zone so you won't get bombarded with stuff - however it is wise to set up or use a separate email address so you can register for all the 3rd party mail-outs and offers and direct the fall-out there, without bogging down your main inbox. You are only allowed one account per person and they verify this by various methods. There is a very useful thread here that gives you the full lowdown on Pigsback in the first entry, and all the latest points-earners in the second entry (including all the answers to the quiz questions). It is regularly updated - Pigsback tend to offer new instant points earners and click throughs once weekly on a Monday. For a simple and enjoyable 10 minute click around once a week, you can expect to earn a £10 voucher every few months.

Rather have cash than gift vouchers for stores that you don't use? Convert the Pigsback vouchers to cash or swap them for gift vouchers that you do want at www.unwantedvoucher.co.uk. They pay 70% to 90% of the voucher face value if you are converting to cash, subject to it being in the range of stores listed on the site. The payment may be less if it is in bad condition or due to expire soon. They send you a pre-paid envelope, you send them the voucher, they confirm acceptance then pay you either by BACS, cheque, Paypal or you method of choice.
