What is it?

Peasy.com is an online marketplace for parking spaces, enabling users to search for and book parking spaces before they leave, and homeowners to add their spaces to the Peasy network and begin earning instantly. So if you commute by train and have an unused driveway, garage or secure parking space add it to the Peasy network for free for people to see and pay to use. Once you have over £30 in your online account you can withdraw (paid via cheque or PayPal). Earnings are your rental price minus Peasy's commission - 12% plus an initial £10 admin fee (only payable IF a tenant is found for your parking space). Driveways can be rented for £500 to £3,000 over the course of a year, and typical earnings are expected to be £1500 (subject to a location where parking demand is high).

ParkAtMyHouse also lets people rent out their private parking spaces. Anyone can register to rent out their parking space to consumers and businesses. Car owners can pre-book a spot daily, or one-off for a football match or a day of shopping in one of the big cities - usually for much less than they would otherwise pay for parking. The space advertiser and the driver agree a price between them and the site gets 10%.
